Clean the strawberries, put them in a blender and mix smoothly. Prepare a solid sheets for drying the rolls and spread the mixture evenly. Dry at 55°C for 10 hours. Fruit pancakes should be dry to the touch after drying and remain supple. Store the rolls in a well-closed container at room temperature. Honey can be added for a sweeter taste.
